Using qualitative and quantitative user research along with adherence to the anticipatory approach and customer development practices helps me to design complex niche products. Since 2006, I‘ve been immersed in projects from various industries: conversational interfaces, data analytics, advertisement, telecommunications, and financial technology. I dedicated the last six years to projects in the natural language processing, understanding, and generation domain, working for startups backed by Y-Combinator and Sequoia Capital.
